It was a pleasure to meet you. I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend it was fantastic and particularly the classes they were hard work and used every muscle but worth it! I have already raved about it to everyone I've spoken to. I really enjoyed meeting the other ladies and have to say you are an inspirtation Shahnaz, you look fantastic. I would love to attend more weekends, I have been using my swiss ball and doing a little jogging with my cutie pie dog Alfie since I returned home.

"I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend, a fantastic bunch of ladies and it was great to be able to share experiences and knowledge and a little bit of pain after some of the classes! but in a good way of course!! Since the weekend I have made changes to my training plan and making sure that I stretch after my exercise sessions. The weekend had made me more aware of the emply calories that slip into our diets when we don't even realise. So I'd like to say a BIG thank you to you Shahnaz, Simon and the rest of the team at Fitness & Beauty Weekends and all the ladies that took part in the July boot-camp!"

"Thanks for a great weekend! I'm pleased to say that I've already been running at the gym one lunchtime this week, have ordered a new pair of running shoes and am heading off to check out some local outdoor routes this weekend. I've also been eating nuts and seeds galore!
What a weekend, a very busy but enjoyable few days thank you for helping me to find the motivation I needed to make the first steps towards a fitter healthier lifestyle. Which I'm now really inspired about rather than seeing it as a chore, as I often have done in the past. Discovering new activities (body combat was fantastic!) And understanding more about food nutrition has completely changed my attitude and approach to health and fitness.

"The overall package of exercise, seminars, treatments, great hotel and good food made the weekend feel like a super retreat which lasted more than 48 hrs. The schedule was packed with great stuff and introduced me to new classes, great tips on nutrition and life coaching topped by a great facial and massage. I'm using the handouts from the seminars and workshops on a daily basis and as such try to implement and stick to these! Overall the weekend was a great and very fun experience and I am recommending it to anyone who would like to learn more about a healthy life style whether one is a novice or a fitness enthusiast!"

"I really enjoyed the July weekend which I attended with my daughter all the way from Guernsey. I feel as though my fitness had improved and I was quite surprised at how much I was able to do. The mix of exercise classes and seminars was just about right with enough time to relax from a session in betweeen. Meals and acommodation were also great and I would love to come and join you again! A great weekend thank you all the team".

"I Just wanted to try something different with my girlfriends and the bonus of losing a little weight whilst having fun was most attractive! We started each morning with a concoction of citrus and a secret ingredient to boost the metabolism then off we went for a gruelling 60 minutes cardio vascular session which mind, catered for all levels so if you're not quite Paula Radcliff fear not as you can power walk instead. Then the rest of the day was filled with various classes and workshops which we found very informative and easy to understand. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend and would recommend to anyone who is serious about their health and wellbeing"

"I'm 37 and was stuck in a bit of a rut with my fitness and eating, I work long hours and have the kids to think about too so taking time out on a day to day basis is pretty rare. Until a friend suggested we try a weight loss and fitness weekend to spend time on ourselves to learn about healthy eating, living and exercise in a practical world without the frills and jargon. I am pleased to say that I lost 9 lbs at the weekend and my friend lost 5 lbs we are both thrilled. "I just wanted to lose weight for my wedding in April so I thought this is a great chance to see the experts and to get off my butt and to burn some bodyfat! I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of classes and the structure of the weekend there was very little time to stand around....it was very fast paced and I'm pretty sure I was still burning body fat in my sleep!!! I left the weekend VERY energized and motivated having lost 5 lbs and several inches all over would definitely attend again, can't wait".
