Our weekends are designed specifically for ladies who are interested in health, fitness, nutrition and weight loss. Our clients come to us for expert guidance and support in all areas of exercise, nutrition and staying on track with their goals whether to lose significant amounts of weight or to just eat more healthily and enhance their quality of life.
We have put together a great programme for all fitness levels, age groups and abilities. An easy to follow schedule which kick starts your healthy living goal. During the course of the weekend we take you through a journey starting with the basics of a healthy and balanced diet and life through to eating and exercise for weight loss. We even offer you one to one consultations to find the route of the problem and then to set goals to help you stay focused on the road to success with post event support via email and telephone.
We have mothers and daughters that attend, small groups of best friends who fancy a girly weekend and also those who want to meet other like minded individuals who can inspire and encourage you! Some of our ladies have stayed in touch with each other and are now great friends.
